VINABTY Universal Remote Control PN-14+AL Instruction Manual

This manual provides instructions for setting up and operating your VINABTY Universal Remote Control, model PN-14+AL. This remote is designed to be compatible with a wide range of Panasonic LCD, LED, and 3D HDTV models. For most Panasonic TVs, no setup is required; simply insert batteries and begin use. If the remote does not function immediately, please refer to the manual setting methods provided in this document.

The remote control requires batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote and insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

2.2 Automatic Compatibility

For approximately 98% of Panasonic TV models, the VINABTY PN-14+AL remote control will work directly after battery installation without any additional setup. Test the remote with your TV. If it functions correctly, no further action is needed.

2.3 Manual Code Setting (If Automatic Compatibility Fails)

If the remote does not operate your TV automatically, follow these steps to manually input a code:

  1. Patohia me te pupuri i te TV pātene me te MANA button simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds. The LED indicator on the remote will light up.
  2. Tukua nga patene e rua.
  3. Input one of the three-digit codes from the list below using the number buttons. If the code is entered successfully, the LED indicator will turn off.
  4. Test the remote control's functions with your TV. If it works, the setup is complete. If not, repeat the process with another code from the list.
  5. If the entered code is invalid, the LED will flash twice and remain lit. To exit the setup mode, press the TV pātene.

4. Nga Mahi Arā Atu Anō

4.1 Code Inquiry

To determine the code currently programmed into the remote control:

  1. Patohia me te pupuri i te TV pātene, ka pēhi i te 1 button. After approximately 3 seconds, the LED indicator will light up.
  2. Whakauru 990 using the number buttons. The LED will flash twice and turn off.
  3. Perehi 1, 2, ranei 3. The LED will flash to indicate the corresponding digit of the code. For example, ki te pehi koe 1 and the LED flashes three times, the first digit of the code is 3.

4.2 Learning Function

The remote control has a learning function, allowing it to copy functions from an original remote control. This is useful for functions not covered by the pre-programmed codes.

  1. Patohia me te pupuri i te TV button, then long press the AKO button (often marked with a tilde or similar symbol) for approximately 3 seconds. The LED indicator will light up.
  2. Place the original remote control and the VINABTY universal remote control facing each other, with a distance of 3-5 cm between them.
  3. Patohia te paatene i runga i te original remote control that you wish to copy. The LED indicator on the VINABTY remote will flash after successfully receiving the signal.
  4. Patohia te paatene e pa ana ki te VINABTY universal remote control where you want to store this function. The LED will flash twice and remain lit, indicating the function has been stored.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for any other functions you wish to learn.
  6. To save the learned functions and exit the learning mode, press and hold the TV pātene me te VOL- button simultaneously. The LED indicator will turn off.
  7. If no button is pressed for 25 seconds during the learning process, the remote will automatically exit learning mode without saving.
