1. Kupu Whakataki
This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient use of your WMF Impulse Insulated Thermos Flask. This 1.0 L flask is designed to maintain the temperature of hot or cold beverages for extended periods, featuring a pressure closure for convenient pouring.

2. Nga Tohutohu Haumaru
- Do not use for carbonated beverages, as pressure buildup may cause the lid to eject forcefully.
- Kaua e taea e nga tamariki ina whakakiia ki nga wai wera.
- Handle the glass insert with care, as it is fragile. Avoid dropping or subjecting the flask to strong impacts.
- Ensure the lid is securely closed before transporting to prevent spills.
- Do not place the flask in a microwave oven or conventional oven.
- Do not immerse the entire flask in water for cleaning; refer to the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section.
3. Ihirangi mokete

4. Tatūnga (Whakamahinga Tuatahi)
Before first use, thoroughly clean the flask and its components.
- Unscrew and remove the lid from the flask.
- Wash the flask interior and lid with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Tukua kia maroke nga wahanga katoa i mua i te whakahiato.

5. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
5.1 Filling the Flask
- Tangohia te taupoki.
- Pour your desired hot or cold beverage into the flask. Do not overfill; leave a small space below the rim.
- For optimal temperature retention, pre-warm the flask with hot water for hot beverages or pre-chill with cold water for cold beverages before filling.
5.2 Katia te Upi
- Place the lid back onto the flask and screw it on clockwise until it is securely tightened.
- The pressure closure mechanism is activated by a central button.

5.3 Ringihia
- To pour, press the central button on the lid. This opens the pouring mechanism.
- Tilt the flask to pour the beverage.
- After pouring, press the central button again to close the mechanism. This ensures the flask is sealed and leakproof.

6. Insulation Performance
The WMF Impulse flask features ThermaPro insulation with a high-quality glass core, designed to keep contents hot or cold for up to 24 hours.

7. Tiaki me te Whakapai
7.1 Whakapai Whanui
- After each use, rinse the flask interior and lid with warm water.
- For thorough cleaning, use a bottle brush with warm soapy water.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or bleach, as these can damage the flask's finish or interior.
- The exterior can be wiped clean with a damp kakahu.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storage to prevent odors or mildew.
7.2 Glass Insert Replacement
The glass insert is replaceable. To access it:
- Turn the flask upside down.
- Locate the screw mechanism at the bottom of the flask.
- Unscrew the base to release the glass insert.
- Carefully remove the old insert and replace it with a new one.
- Re-secure the base by screwing it back on.

8. Te Raru
- Pupuri Pawera Kino: Ensure the lid is securely tightened and the pressure closure button is in the closed position. Pre-warming or pre-chilling the flask before filling can improve performance.
- turuturu: Check that the lid is properly screwed on and the pressure closure button is fully engaged in the closed position. Inspect the lid's silicone seal for any damage or misalignment.
- Te Uauatanga o te Ringihia: Ensure the pressure closure button is pressed to the open position before attempting to pour.
