- Route Wire: Route the 3ft lead wire from the flood light to your main low voltage landscape cable. Ensure the wire is protected from damage.
- Tūhono: Use appropriate low voltage wire connectors (not included) to securely connect the fixture's lead wire to the main landscape cable. Follow the connector manufacturer's instructions for a waterproof and secure connection.
- Conceal Wires: Bury or conceal the wires to protect them and maintain a clean aesthetic.
5.4. Adjusting the Light
- Whakatikatika Koki: The fixture features an adjustable knuckle. Loosen the brass thumb screw on the side of the fixture's base.
- Whāinga: Adjust the angle of the flood light to direct illumination precisely where needed for wall washing or accent lighting.
- Haumaru: Tighten the thumb screw firmly to lock the fixture in the desired position.
