4.2 Rear Panel Controls and Ports

The rear panel of the subwoofer unit features various controls and input/output ports:

4.4 Mana Mamao
The included infrared (IR) remote control allows for convenient operation of the speaker system from a distance. Functions include:

- Wahangu: Temporarily silence audio output.

- Tāuru AUX: Use the provided 3.5mm audio cable to connect your audio device (e.g., computer, smartphone, MP3 player) to the "AUX" input port on the subwoofer.
- USB/Kari SD: Insert a USB flash disk or SD card containing audio files into the respective port/slot on the subwoofer.
- Hono Hono: Plug the power cord into the power input on the subwoofer, then connect the other end to a suitable wall outlet (AC 220V).
- Whakahiko: Flip the power switch on the rear panel of the subwoofer to the "ON" position.
