For best results, pre-chill your cooler with a bag of ice the night before use. Fill the cooler with a recommended 2:1 ice-to-contents ratio. Draining the Cooler
The Vortex Drain System allows for easy draining. Simply unscrew the drain plug located at the bottom side of the cooler to release melted ice water. Ensure the plug is securely tightened after draining to prevent leaks.

Clean the cooler after each use with warm water and mild soap. For stubborn stains or odors, a solution of bleach and water (1:6 ratio) can be used. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely with the lid open to prevent mildew. Store in a cool, dry place.
