3. Tatūnga
- Wewetehia te Pump: Remove the pump and all accessories from the packaging.
- Whakanohoia te Pump: Place the pump on a flat, stable surface. The wide steel base provides excellent stability.
- Whakapaia te Hose: Unclip the hose from the integrated hose dock. The 360° pivoting hose allows for flexible positioning.
- Tāutuhia te Momo Takirere: Determine whether your tire uses a Presta, Schrader, or Dunlop valve. The TwinHead DX5 is designed to work with all three without manual adjustment.

4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
- Attach Pump Head to Valve:
- For Presta valves: Unscrew the valve cap and the small nut at the top of the valve stem. Push the appropriate side of the TwinHead DX5 firmly onto the valve stem.
- For Schrader/Dunlop valves: Push the appropriate side of the TwinHead DX5 firmly onto the valve stem.
- Secure the Pump Head: Flip the lever on the TwinHead DX5 to the locked position to create an airtight seal.
- Tautuhi Pēhanga Hiahia: Refer to your tire's sidewall for the recommended PSI range. The enlarged 3" analog gauge provides clear readings.
- Whakanuia te Tire: Hold the ergonomic padded handle and push down the pump handle in smooth, steady strokes. Monitor the pressure gauge until the desired PSI is reached.
- Tangohia te Upoko Papu: Once the desired pressure is achieved, flip the lever on the TwinHead DX5 to the unlocked position and carefully remove the pump head from the valve.
- Replace Valve Cap: If applicable, replace the valve cap on your tire.
