- Whakatakotoria te Taima: Hurihia te Matapihi Matapihi to the desired cooking time. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the oven is operating. For continuous operation, turn the timer past the 60-minute mark to the "Stay On" position (if available).
- Aroturuki Tunu: Periodically check food through the glass door.
- Mutu te tunu kai: When the timer reaches "OFF", a chime will sound, and the oven will turn off. If cooking is finished before the timer, turn the timer knob to "OFF" manually.
- Tango Kai: Using oven mitts, carefully remove the cooked food from the oven.
Nga Mahi Tauwhāiti
- Tunu: Ideal for cakes, cookies, casseroles, and general roasting. Use the baking rack with a pan.
- Parai: For grilling and browning the top of food. Place food on the top rack position. Ensure the temperature is set to maximum.
- Toast: For toasting bread, bagels, etc. Adjust temperature and time according to desired crispness.
- Hurihuri: Activates the internal fan for even heat distribution, resulting in faster and more uniform cooking. Suitable for most baking and roasting tasks.
- Rotisserie: For roasting whole chickens or roasts.

- Insert the pointed end of the spit into the rotisserie drive socket on the right side of the oven.
- Rest the notched end of the spit on the left rotisserie support.
- Set the function knob to the rotisserie setting.
