The Mitel 5330e IP Phone is an enterprise-class telephone designed for advanced communication needs. It features dual integrated Gigabit Ethernet ports, enabling high-speed network connectivity. This device offers real-time access to various applications and services, including web browsing, contact lists, and call history logs, alongside extensive customizable user settings.

Āhuatanga matua:
- Large back-lit graphics display (160x320 pixels) with auto-dimming functionality.
- Twenty-four programmable, multi-functional, self-labeling keys, organized into three pages with eight keys each, for speed dialing, line appearances, and feature access.
- Twelve fixed function keys: Hold, Settings, Message, Speaker, Mute, Transfer/Conference, Redial, Cancel, Volume/Ringing/Contrast Up and Down, Previous Page, and Next Page.
- Three context-sensitive soft keys for intuitive feature access.
Tatūnga
- Wewete ana: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present: the phone base, handset, coiled handset cord, and Ethernet cable.
- Hononga Pukoro: Connect the coiled handset cord to the handset and to the designated port on the phone base.
- Hononga Whatunga: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the phone and the other end to an active network jack or a network switch/router. The 5330e features dual integrated Gigabit Ethernet ports.
- Hononga Hiko: The phone typically receives power over Ethernet (PoE). If PoE is not available, connect an appropriate power adapter (sold separately) to the power port on the phone and then to a power outlet.
- Whakaara Tuatahi: The phone will power on automatically once connected to the network/power. It will then initiate its boot-up sequence and connect to your VoIP system.

Te Waea me te Whiwhi Waea:
- Hei Waea: Hikitia te ringaringa, pehia ranei te Kaikōrero button. Dial the desired number using the keypad.
- Hei Whakautu Waea: Lift the handset or press the flashing line key, or press the Kaikōrero pātene.
- Hei Whakamutu Waea: Whakakapia te waea pūkoro, pēhi rānei i te Kaikōrero button again if using speakerphone.
Using Fixed Function Keys:
- Puritia: Places an active call on hold.
- Tautuhinga: Accesses phone settings and preferences.
- Karere: Accesses your voicemail messages.
- Kaikōrero: Toggles speakerphone mode on/off.
- Wahangu: Mutes your microphone during a call.
- Transfer/Conference: Initiates call transfer or conference call features.
- Tuarua: Dials the last number called.
- Whakakore: Cancels an action or exits a menu.
- Volume/Ringing/Contrast Up and Down: Adjusts volume, ringer volume, or display contrast.
- Previous Page/Next Page: Navigates through programmable key pages.
Kī Whakahōtaka:
The 24 programmable keys can be configured for speed dialing, line appearances, or feature access. Use the Whārangi o mua a Whārangi Panuku buttons to cycle through the three available pages of keys.
Te tiaki
- Te horoi: Whakamahia he ngohengohe, damp cloth to clean the phone's exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Do not spray liquids directly onto the phone.
- Whakaha Uepu: Ensure all cables are securely connected and not tangled or pinched to prevent damage.
- Whakahōu Pūmanawa: Your system administrator typically manages software updates for IP phones. Contact your IT department for any required firmware updates.
