- Verify that the buttons on this replacement remote exactly match those on your original Ergomotion E6 remote.
- Confirm that your existing remote does kaore have dip switches numbered one through four or one through six. Remotes with dip switches are not compatible with this model.
- Your original remote (the one being replaced) should have a square rubber 'learn' button located above the AAA batteries behind its battery cover. This indicates compatibility with the bed system this replacement remote is designed for.
If your current remote or bed system does not meet these criteria, this replacement remote will not function correctly with your adjustable bed.
