- Whakahau: This heater requires adequate ventilation. Always ensure proper fresh air supply to prevent carbon monoxide accumulation. Do not use in unventilated spaces.

- Turanga: Place the heater on a firm, level, non-combustible surface. Ensure the heater is positioned at a safe distance from walls, ceilings, and all combustible materials as specified in the safety section and on the product label.
- Whakahau: Ensure the area is well-ventilated. Adequate fresh air supply is crucial for safe operation.
- Whakawa hinu: Fill the fuel tank with the appropriate fuel type (Diesel Fuel, JP8/Jet A Fuel, or Fuel Oil). Do not overfill. Always refuel outdoors and away from ignition sources.
- Hononga Hiko: Plug the heater into a grounded 120V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the electrical circuit can handle the heater's power requirements.

- Ensure the fuel tank is filled with the correct fuel.

- Rotate the thermostat knob to the desired temperature setting.
