4. Tatūnga
4.1 Te Whakataki i te Pūhiko
Before first use, fully charge the scanner's internal 1000 mAh Lithium Ion battery. Connect the scanner to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port or USB wall adapter) using the provided USB cable. The LED indicator will show charging status.
4.2 Te hono ma te Nihokikorangi
- Ensure the scanner is charged.
- Whakakāhia te matawai.
- Activate Bluetooth on your host device (computer, tablet, smartphone).
- If using the provided USB Bluetooth dongle, plug it into an available USB port on your host device.
- On your host device, search for available Bluetooth devices. The scanner should appear as "iggual L2DBT" or similar.
- Select the scanner to pair. Follow any on-screen prompts.
- Once paired, the scanner's LED indicator will confirm a successful connection.
5. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
5.1 Matawai Taketake
- Ensure the scanner is connected to your device.
- Ātaina te matapihi matawai ki te waehere pae e hiahia ana koe ki te matawai.
- Press the trigger button. A red scanning line or area will appear.
- Hold the scanner steady until you hear a beep and see the LED flash, indicating a successful scan.
- The scanned data will be transmitted to your connected device as keyboard input.
5.2 Matawai Aratau
The scanner supports both manual and automatic scanning modes. Refer to the full user manual (if available) for instructions on switching between modes using configuration barcodes.
6. Tiaki
- Te horoi: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the scanner's exterior. For the scanning window, use a lens cleaning cloth and a mild cleaning solution if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Rokiroki: Penapenahia te matawai ki te wāhi hauhautanga, maroke, kia matara atu i te rā tika me ngā pāmahana tino kino.
- Tiaki Pūhiko: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to about 50% and recharge every few months.
