- Always place the scale on a firm, flat, and stable surface to ensure accurate measurements.
- Do not immerse the scale in water or other liquids. Clean with a damp kakahu anake.
- Avoid exposing the scale to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
- Do not overload the scale beyond its maximum capacity of 15 kg. Overloading can damage the sensor.

Tatūnga
- Tāuta Pūhiko: The scale requires 3 AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment located on the underside of the scale. Insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.

- Turanga: Place the scale on a hard, flat, and level surface. Uneven surfaces can affect accuracy.

Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
- Whakakā/Weto: Press the 'ON/OFF' button to turn the scale on. The display will show '0g' when ready. Press and hold the 'ON/OFF' button to turn the scale off.
- Tuemi pauna: Place the item directly onto the stainless steel weighing surface. The weight will be displayed in grams.

- Mahi Tare: To weigh multiple ingredients in the same container or to exclude the weight of a container, use the 'TARE' function.
- Whakanohoia he ipu kore ki runga i te tauine.
- Press the 'TARE' button. The display will reset to '0g'.
- Add your ingredients to the container. The display will show only the weight of the ingredients.

- Katia Aunoa: The scale features an automatic shut-off function to conserve battery life. It will turn off after a period of inactivity.
