Paewhiri Mana Neke Atuview
The control panel is located on the right side of the oven and features three rotary knobs and a power indicator light.

- Puma Mana Mana: Used to set the desired cooking temperature from 70°C to 230°C.
- Poro Kōwhiri Mahi: Selects the heating elements to be used (e.g., upper, lower, both, or rotisserie with heating).
- Matapihi Matapihi: Sets the cooking duration up to 60 minutes or to 'Stay On' for continuous operation.
- Rama Maama Tohu: Ka whakamarama i te wa e mahi ana te oumu.

- Unpack the oven and all accessories. Remove any packaging materials, stickers, or labels.

- Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the appliance. Maintain at least 10 cm clearance from walls or other objects.

- Before cooking food, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 230°C with the function selector set to both upper and lower heating. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight smoke or odor is normal during this initial operation. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

- Place the wire rack or food tray with your food inside the oven.

- Turn the Function Selector Knob to the desired cooking mode (e.g., upper heat, lower heat, or both).
- Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time. The power indicator light will illuminate. If cooking for longer than 60 minutes, select 'Stay On' and monitor cooking manually.
- When the cooking time expires, the timer will chime, and the oven will turn off. If using 'Stay On', manually turn the Timer Knob to 'OFF'.
- Carefully remove cooked food using oven mitts and the tray handle.
Te whakamahi i te Mahi Rotisserie
- Securely attach the food (e.g., chicken) to the rotisserie fork.
- Insert the rotisserie fork into the designated slots inside the oven.

- Turn the Function Selector Knob to the rotisserie setting (usually indicated by a rotating spit icon).
- Set the Timer Knob for the required cooking duration.

- Use the rotisserie handle to carefully remove the hot rotisserie fork and food from the oven.
