1. Te Whakataki i te Pūhiko
Before initial use, fully charge the PWRCore 12 Lithium Battery using the PWRJump Charger.
- Connect the PWRJump Charger to a standard power outlet.
- Slide the PWRCore 12 Battery onto the charger until it clicks into place.
- The charger's indicator lights will show the charging status. A 2.0Ah battery charges from 0% to 25% in approximately 5 minutes and fully charges in about 45 minutes.

2. Tāuta / Tango i te Pūhiko
- Tāutatanga: Align the battery with the tool's battery port and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
- Tango: Press the battery release button (usually located on the battery itself) and slide the battery out of the tool.
3. Installing/Removing the Blade
The reciprocating saw features a tool-less blade change mechanism.
- Ensure the battery is removed from the saw for safety.

- Insert the shank of the blade fully into the clamp kauae.
- Tukua te mata clamp collar. It will spring back and lock the blade in place. Gently pull on the blade to ensure it is securely seated.
- To remove, rotate the blade clamp collar counter-clockwise and pull the blade out.

Adjust the shoe by loosening its locking mechanism (if applicable) and positioning it against the material before starting the cut. This helps to control the depth of cut and improve accuracy.
