This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your Primo Top Loading Water Dispenser. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.
This dispenser provides instant access to cold, cool, and hot water. It features a spill-proof bottle holder with Leak Guard and a child-resistant safety feature for hot water.

Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Inspect for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer service.

Place the dispenser on a level, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 4 inches) around the back and sides for proper ventilation. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat-generating appliances.

4. Loading the Water Bottle
Remove the protective seal from a 3 or 5-gallon Primo water bottle. Lift the bottle and carefully place it onto the spill-proof bottle holder on top of the dispenser. The Leak Guard system will prevent spills during this process.

Allow approximately 5 minutes for the water reservoirs to fill before turning on the heating and cooling functions.

1. Te Whakaoho Tuatahi
After loading the water bottle and plugging in the unit, locate the hot and cold water switches on the back of the dispenser. Turn them to the "ON" position. The dispenser will begin heating and cooling the water. This process may take up to 15-30 minutes for the first cycle.
2. Dispensing Cold Water
Place your cup or container under the cold water faucet. Press the cold water button to dispense chilled water.

3. Dispensing Cool Water
Place your cup or container under the cool water faucet. Press the cool water button to dispense ambient temperature water.
4. Dispensing Hot Water (Child-Resistant Safety Feature)
To dispense hot water, first push the child-resistant safety button (usually located above the hot water faucet) and then press the hot water button simultaneously. This two-step process helps prevent accidental hot water dispensing.

2. Drip Tray Cleaning
The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent overflow and bacterial growth. Remove the drip tray, empty any collected water, wash with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and replace.
3. Internal Cleaning (Recommended Quarterly)

- Prepare a cleaning solution: Mix 1 gallon of clean water with 1 teaspoon of plain bleach or a food-grade water dispenser cleaning solution.

- Drain the solution through all faucets until the reservoirs are empty.
