Before installing your new Saitake floor mats, ensure the vehicle's original floor is clean and free of debris. Remove any existing floor mats to allow for a proper fit.

- Whakapaia te Waka: Ensure the vehicle's interior is clean and dry. Remove any old floor mats or liners.
- Identify Mats: Separate the mats into front (driver and passenger) and rear sections. Note that the driver's side mat is specifically shaped for the pedal area.
- Install Driver's Side Mat: Carefully position the driver's side mat, aligning it with the contours of the floorboard and ensuring it does not interfere with the accelerator, brake, or clutch pedals. The anti-slip backing will help secure it in place.
- Install Passenger's Side Mat: Place the front passenger mat, aligning it with the floor contours.
- Install Rear Mats: Position the rear mats, ensuring they cover the entire floor area in the back. Some models may have a single piece rear mat or two separate pieces.

- Pai Haumaru: Always ensure the mats are securely in place and do not shift during driving. The anti-slip backing is designed to prevent movement.
- Pedal Clearance: Regularly check that the driver's side mat does not interfere with the operation of the accelerator, brake, or clutch pedals. Any obstruction can be a safety hazard.
