1. Guide Bar and Chain Installation
- Ensure the engine is off and the chain brake is disengaged.
- Remove the chain cover by loosening the two nuts.

- Fully tighten the chain cover nuts.
2. Fuel and Chain Oil
This chainsaw uses a 2-stroke engine and requires a specific fuel mixture and chain lubricant.
- Whakaranu wahie: Use fresh, unleaded gasoline mixed with high-quality 2-stroke engine oil at the ratio specified in the full operator's manual (typically 50:1 for ECHO).

1. Starting the Engine (Cold Start)
