- Huihui te Chassis: Begin by assembling the FM-A chassis components, including the motor mount, battery holder, and gear housing. Ensure all gears are properly aligned and lubricated as indicated in the diagrams.
- Tāutahia te Mōta: Insert the motor into its designated position within the chassis.
- Attach Axles and Wheels: Secure the axles, wheels, and tires. Ensure wheels spin freely.
- Huihuia te Tinana: Construct the main body shell, including the cowl and rear wing.
- Tāpirihia ngā whakapiripiri: Carefully apply the provided stickers/decals to the body according to the reference images for the Gun Blaster XTO Premium.
- Attach Body to Chassis: Securely attach the completed body to the FM-A chassis.

Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
- Tāuta Pūhiko: Open the battery compartment on the chassis. Insert two AA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals match the markings inside the compartment. Close the compartment securely.
- Whakahiko: Locate the power switch on the chassis. Slide the switch to the "ON" position. The motor should begin to spin.
- Turanga: Place your Mini 4WD car on a flat, smooth surface or a designated Mini 4WD race track.
- Mahi: The car will move forward once powered on. There is no remote control; Mini 4WD cars are designed to run on tracks.
- Weto Whakakore: To stop the car, slide the power switch to the "OFF" position. Remove batteries if storing the car for an extended period.
Te tiaki
- Te horoi: Regularly clean dust and debris from the chassis, gears, and motor area using a soft brush or compressed air. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals.
- Gear Lubrication: Periodically apply a small amount of Tamiya gear grease (sold separately) to the moving gear parts to ensure smooth operation and reduce wear.
- Wāhanga Pūhiko: Keep the battery compartment clean and dry. Check for any signs of corrosion.
- Te Pakaru o te Tāia: Inspect tires for wear and tear. Worn tires can affect performance. Replacement tires are available from Tamiya.
- Tirohanga Wāhanga: Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight. Replace any damaged or worn parts promptly.
