3. Tatūnga me te Tāuta
3.1 Te Wetewete
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the refrigerator for any damage incurred during shipping. Report any damage to your dealer immediately.
3.2 Tauwāhi
Choose a location that is dry, well-ventilated, and away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Ensure the floor is strong enough to support the refrigerator's weight (approximately 103 kg).
3.3 Whakataumata
Use the adjustable feet at the bottom of the refrigerator to ensure it is perfectly level. This is crucial for proper door alignment and efficient operation.
3.4 Hononga Hiko
Plug the refrigerator into a dedicated 240V grounded electrical outlet. Allow the refrigerator to stand for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in to allow refrigerants to settle.

4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
Your Sharp SJ-FE87V-SS3 refrigerator is equipped with advanced features designed for optimal food preservation and convenience.
4.1 Paewhiri Mana
The control panel is located on the front of the left French door. It allows you to adjust temperature settings and activate special functions.

4.2 Te Mana Pawera
Use the control panel to set the desired temperature for the refrigerator and freezer compartments. Recommended settings are typically 3°C to 5°C for the refrigerator and -18°C to -20°C for the freezer.
4.3 J-Tech Inverter Technology
The J-Tech Inverter compressor provides precise temperature control and energy efficiency. It enables the following functions:
- Extra Cool: Quickly chills beverages or food items to a lower temperature than the main compartment.
- Express Freeze: Rapidly freezes items, ideal for preserving freshness of newly added food.

4.4 Hangarau Ion Plasmacluster
This technology releases positive and negative ions into the refrigerator to reduce airborne mold spores and odors, helping to keep food fresh and the interior clean.

4.5 Twist Ice Maker
To make ice, fill the ice trays with water and place them in the designated area. Once frozen, twist the knobs to release ice cubes into the storage bin below.

4.6 Wāhanga Rokiroki
The refrigerator features various storage options for organized food storage:
- High Humidity Vegetable Crisper: Designed to maintain optimal humidity levels for fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Whata Whakaritea: Customize shelf height to accommodate items of various sizes.
- Door Pockets: Ideal for bottles and smaller items.

5. Tiaki me te Whakapai
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your refrigerator.
5.1 Te horoi o roto
Wewetehia te pouaka whakamātao i mua i te horoi. Whakamahia he kakahu ngohengohe dampened with a mild detergent solution to wipe down interior surfaces, shelves, and drawers. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5.2 Te horoi i waho
Horoia nga mata o waho ki te ngohengohe, damp cloth. For stainless steel surfaces, use a specialized stainless steel cleaner to prevent streaks and maintain shine. The metal door with touch panel should be cleaned gently to avoid damage.
5.3 AGCU Nano Deodorizer
The built-in AGCU Nano Deodorizer helps eliminate odors. This component typically does not require user maintenance.
5.4 Roopu Condenser
Periodically clean the condenser coils located at the back or bottom of the refrigerator to ensure efficient cooling. Use a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush to remove dust and debris.
