Before first use, please follow these steps to ensure safe and optimal performance of your Oster® Compact Countertop Oven With Air Fryer.

- Turanga: Place the oven on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 4-6 inches) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place it near flammable materials or under cabinets that are not heat-resistant.

Your Oster® Compact Countertop Oven offers multiple cooking functions. Familiarize yourself with the control knobs:
- Temperature Knob (Top): Sets the desired cooking temperature (Warm, 250°F - 450°F). Also includes a "Toast" setting.
- Function Knob (Middle): Selects the cooking mode: Broil, Air Fry, Bake, Toast, Turbo.
- Timer Knob (Bottom): Sets the cooking time up to 60 minutes. Includes a "Stay On" option for longer cooking and a "Turn to 20 and then to desired time" for precise short-duration cooking.

- Place food in the air fry basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. Place the basket on top of the baking pan to catch drips.
- Insert the baking pan with air fry basket into the middle rack position.
- Turn the Function Knob to "Air Fry".
- Set the Temperature Knob to the desired temperature (e.g., 400°F for most air frying).
- Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time. The oven will begin heating.

- Select your desired cooking function (Bake, Broil, or Air Fry).
- Turn the Function Knob to "Turbo". This activates the convection fan.
- Adjust temperature and time as needed. Convection cooking often requires slightly lower temperatures and shorter cooking times than conventional methods.
