4. Tatūnga
- Kōkuhu Rakau Kāpia: Insert an 11.2 mm diameter glue stick into the opening at the rear of the glue gun. Push it gently until it stops.
- Tuhia te Tu: Place the glue gun on its integrated stand on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure the nozzle is not touching any surface.
- Hono Hono: Plug the power cord into a standard 230V AC, 50Hz electrical outlet. The glue gun will begin to heat up.
- Whakawera mua: Allow the glue gun to preheat for approximately 5-7 minutes. The glue will melt and be ready for use when it flows smoothly from the nozzle with a gentle squeeze of the trigger.

- Refill Glue Stick: As the glue stick shortens, insert a new one into the rear opening. The new stick will push the old one forward.
- Resting the Gun: When not actively applying glue, always place the gun back on its integrated stand to prevent glue drips and protect your work surface.
- Whakaoti: When finished, unplug the glue gun from the power outlet. Allow it to cool completely before storing. Do not attempt to remove partially used glue sticks from the rear opening while the gun is hot.
