The Homcloud CTW Smart Wi-Fi Digital Thermostat is a versatile device designed to manage your home's heating system efficiently. It features a clear digital display and touch controls for direct interaction, alongside comprehensive smart functionalities. The thermostat can be installed directly on a wall or using a 503 support, making it adaptable to various setups. Its intelligent programming capabilities, including weekly schedules, help optimize energy consumption and reduce utility bills.

3.1. Tāutanga
The Homcloud CTW thermostat is designed for 220-240V AC power supply and connects directly to your boiler's control wiring. It can be installed on a wall using screws or placed on a standard 503 support box (not recessed). Ensure power is off before beginning installation.

3.2. Hononga Waea
Connect the thermostat to your boiler's control circuit. The thermostat's relay contact (COM and NO/NC terminals) is independent of its power supply, offering flexibility for various boiler types. Typically, you will connect the power supply (L and N) and the boiler control wires to the appropriate terminals. Refer to the detailed wiring diagram below for correct connections.

3.3. Wi-Fi and App Pairing
After physical installation, download the Homcloud app from the App Store or Google Play. The app is also compatible with Smart Life. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your thermostat with your home Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n). It is recommended to perform the pairing near your Wi-Fi router for the initial setup.

4.1. Mahi Taketake
You can control the thermostat directly using its touch buttons or remotely via the Homcloud app. The digital display shows the current room temperature and the set temperature. Use the arrow buttons to adjust the desired temperature. Switch between manual and automatic modes to suit your heating preferences.
4.2. Papatonotanga ia wiki
The thermostat supports up to 3 weekly programs and 6 time plans, allowing for precise temperature scheduling throughout the week. This feature helps maintain optimal comfort while maximizing energy savings. Programming is most easily done through the Homcloud app, which offers an intuitive interface for setting schedules.

4.3. Smart Home Integration
Integrate your Homcloud CTW thermostat with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for convenient voice control. You can issue commands such as "Alexa, set the thermostat to 22 degrees" or "Hey Google, turn on the heating." Refer to the Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant websites for an updated list of voice commands.
5. Tiaki
The Homcloud CTW Smart Wi-Fi Digital Thermostat requires minimal maintenance. Keep the device clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the display or casing. Ensure the area around the thermostat is free from obstructions to allow for accurate temperature readings.

If you encounter issues with your Homcloud CTW thermostat, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Thermostat not turning on/no display:
- Check the power supply (90-240V AC) to ensure it is connected correctly and receiving power.

- Heating not activating when flame icon is displayed:
- Ensure the COM and NO (Normally Open) terminals are correctly wired to your boiler's control input.
- Confirm that the boiler itself is operational and not in an error state.

- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. The thermostat does not support 5 GHz networks.
