3.2. Touch-Activated Backlight
To activate the backlight, gently touch the top edge of the unit where indicated by the "touch light" icon. The backlight will illuminate for approximately 10 seconds, allowing for easy viewkei roto i nga ahuatanga marama iti.
3.3. Switching Temperature Units (°F/°C)
To switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C), locate the "°F/°C" button on the back of the unit (refer to Figure 2). Press this button to toggle between the two temperature units.

To clear the 24-hour high and low records, press and hold the "CLEAR" button on the back of the unit for a few seconds. All-time records are typically reset only upon battery removal or factory reset.
