- Place your food (e.g., sandwiches, meat, vegetables) onto the bottom grill plate. Avoid overcrowding.
- Close the top grill plate. The floating hinge system allows for even pressure on various food thicknesses.
- Set the timer knob to the desired cooking duration (up to 30 minutes). The grill will automatically turn off when the timer expires. If no timer is set, monitor cooking manually.
- Monitor the cooking process. Adjust the temperature or cooking time as needed.
- When cooking is complete, carefully open the grill and remove the food using heat-resistant utensils. Do not use metal utensils that could scratch the non-stick coating.
