4. Tatūnga me te Runanga

The Invacare Low Homecare Full-Electric Bed is designed for straightforward assembly. It is recommended that two people perform the assembly for ease and safety.

  6. Tūnga Moenga: Move the assembled bed to its desired location. Ensure the locking casters on the head section and steering lock casters on the foot section are engaged to prevent unintended movement.
  7. Whakamātautau Tuatahi: Plug the bed into a grounded electrical outlet. Use the hand pendant to test all functions (head up/down, knee up/down, bed height up/down) before placing a mattress or user on the bed.

  • Te Whakatikatika i te Wāhanga Upoko: Press and hold the designated buttons to raise or lower the head section of the bed.
  • Knee Section Adjustment: Press and hold the designated buttons to raise or lower the knee section of the bed.
  • Bed Height Adjustment: Press and hold the designated buttons to raise or lower the entire bed frame vertically.
  • Combined Adjustments: Some pendants may offer buttons for simultaneous adjustment of head and knee sections for a comfortable seated position.

Release the button once the desired position is reached. The quiet motor ensures minimal disturbance during adjustments.

6. Tiaki

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Invacare bed.
