- Pūmate Koowao: This playset contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years due to potential choking hazards.
- Haumaru Pūhiko: Batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. Remove exhausted batteries promptly.
- Tirohanga Pakeke: Adult supervision is recommended during assembly and play to ensure safe usage.
- Rauemi: The playset is made of plastic. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent material degradation.

Tohutohu Tatūnga
Assembly is required for this playset. Please follow these steps carefully:

- Huihui te Hanganga Matua: Connect the base pieces and wall sections as indicated in the diagrams. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install Features: Attach the heliport, elevator, and other structural elements to their designated positions.
- Tāuta Pūhiko: The playset requires batteries for sound and light functions. Locate the battery compartment, typically on the underside or rear of the main structure. Insert the included batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Securely close the battery compartment.
- Wāhi Apatoko: Arrange the desk, monitors, and other small accessories within the police station as desired.

- Hikinga: Use the manual elevator to transport figures between different levels of the police station.
