The RISE 20H heater features simple controls for ease of use.
- Hiko Whakaka/Weto: Turn the control dial to the desired setting to power on the unit. Turn the dial to the 'OFF' position to power off.
- Tautuhinga Wera: Select from three heat settings: Low (750W), Medium (1100W), or High (1500W) by rotating the control dial.
- Aratau Kaiwhaiwhai Anake: For air circulation without heat, select the fan-only setting on the control dial.
- Whakamahinga Tuatahi: During the first few uses, a slight odor may be present as manufacturing oils burn off. This is normal and will dissipate quickly. Ensure adequate ventilation during initial operation.

If your heater is not operating as expected, consult the following common issues and solutions:

- A slight odor is normal during the first few uses as manufacturing residues burn off. Ensure good ventilation.
