The Toniebox is an innovative audio player designed for children aged 3 and up, offering a screen-free listening experience. It encourages imagination through stories, music, and educational content. This manual provides instructions for setup, operation, and maintenance of your Toniebox.

Before first use, the Toniebox requires a one-time setup process using the Mytonies app. This process connects your Toniebox to your Wi-Fi network, which is necessary for downloading content to new Tonies.
- Download the Mytonies app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect your Toniebox to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The Toniebox does not support 5 GHz networks.
- Once connected, your Toniebox is ready for use. Subsequent use does not require Wi-Fi unless new content needs to be downloaded.
Charging the Toniebox
Place the Toniebox on its charging station. The LED indicator will show the charging status. A full charge provides approximately seven hours of battery life.

Operating Your Toniebox

To begin playback, place a Tonie audio character on top of the Toniebox. The story or music will start automatically.
To stop playback, simply remove the Tonie character from the Toniebox.
To switch to a new story or song, replace the current Tonie with a different one.

Press the larger ear on the Toniebox to increase the volume.
Press the smaller ear to decrease the volume.

Gently tap the sides of the Toniebox to skip forward or backward between tracks.

A headphone jack is located on the side of the Toniebox for private listening.

The Toniebox is designed to be durable for children's play. To clean, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the Toniebox in water or use harsh cleaning agents.
Ensure the charging station and Toniebox charging contacts are kept clean and dry.

Toniebox Not Connecting to Wi-Fi
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. The Toniebox does not support 5 GHz networks.
- Check that your Toniebox is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router and the Toniebox.
- Verify your Wi-Fi password in the Mytonies app.
Tonie Not Playing Content
- Ensure the Toniebox is connected to Wi-Fi for the initial download of new Tonie content.
- Place the Tonie firmly on the Toniebox.
- Check the Mytonies app to ensure the Tonie is assigned to your account and its content is fully downloaded.
