It also includes automatic and sound-activated modes for flexible operation. This manual provides essential information for safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your device.

2. Nga Tohutohu Haumaru

4. Tatūnga
4.1 Whakapiki
The Vega Bar LED Light Bar comes with adjustable mounting brackets for various installation options, including floor standing or truss mounting. Ensure the mounting surface or truss can support the weight of the fixture.
- Attach the mounting brackets securely to the desired surface using appropriate clampngā tīwiri rānei (kāore i roto).
- Always use a safety rope (not included) when suspending the fixture overhead. Attach the safety rope to the designated safety rope attachment point on the fixture.

4.2 Hononga Hiko
- Connect the provided power cable to the POWER IN port on the fixture.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a suitable grounded power outlet.
- The fixture supports power linking. To connect multiple units, use a power link cable (not included) from the POWER OUT port of one fixture to the POWER IN port of the next.

4.3 Hononga DMX (Kōwhiringa)
For external control, connect the fixture to a DMX controller.
- Connect a DMX cable (not included) from the DMX OUT of your controller to the DMX IN port of the Vega Bar.
- For multiple fixtures, daisy-chain them by connecting the DMX OUT of the first fixture to the DMX IN of the next, and so on.
- Terminate the last fixture in the DMX chain with a DMX terminator (not included) for reliable signal transmission.

5. Mahi
5.1 Paewhiri Mana
The control panel on the rear of the fixture allows for mode selection and parameter adjustment.

5.2 Aratau Mahi
The Vega Bar offers several operating modes:
- Aratau DMX: Allows external control via a DMX controller. Select the desired DMX channel mode (6, 9, 16, 30, or 58 channels) from the menu.
- Aratau Aunoa: The fixture runs through pre-programmed light shows. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select different auto programs or adjust speed.
- Music Mode (Sound-Activated): The fixture reacts to sound picked up by the built-in microphone. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust sound sensitivity.
- Aratau Tae Pateko: Select a fixed color using RGBW mixing.

5.3 Aratau Huka DMX
The Vega Bar supports multiple DMX channel configurations to suit various control needs. Refer to the DMX chart in the appendix (if available, otherwise state general functionality) for detailed channel assignments for each mode.
- Aratau 6-Channel: Basic control (e.g., Dimmer, Red, Green, Blue, White, Strobe).
- Aratau 9-Channel: Adds more control parameters.
- Aratau 16-Channel: Offers finer control over individual LED segments or effects.
- Aratau 30-Channel: Provides advanced control, potentially including pixel mapping.
- Aratau 58-Channel: Full control over all 24 RGBW LEDs individually for complex effects.
6. Tiaki
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your light bar.
- Te horoi: Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior. For lenses, use a mild glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Tirotiro: Periodically check power and DMX cables for damage. Ensure all mounting hardware is secure.
- Rokiroki: Ki te kore e whakamahia, rongoatia te taputapu ki te wāhi maroke, kore puehu.
