5. Tatūnga

- Set Charge Mode: Select the desired charge mode (e.g., Balance Charge, Fast Charge, Storage, Discharge for Lithium batteries; Charge for NiMH/NiCd/Pb).
- Whakaritea Tawhā: Set the charge current (e.g., 0.1A-5.0A) and cell count/voltage (for Lithium batteries) using the arrow buttons. Ensure these settings match your battery's specifications.
- Tīmata Whakatau: Once all parameters are set, press and hold the ENTER Tīmata button for a few seconds to initiate the charging process. The charger will perform a pre-charge check.
- Aroturuki i te ahunga whakamua: The LCD will display real-time charging information, including current, voltage, and charged capacity.
- Kati te Toha: To stop charging at any time, press the BATT/PROG Stop button. The charger will automatically stop when the battery is fully charged.
6.3 Specific Charging Modes
- Balance Charge (LiPo/LiFe/LiIon/LiHV): Recommended for Lithium batteries to ensure all cells are charged to the same voltage, extending battery life. Requires balance lead connection.
- Charge (NiMH/NiCd/Pb): Standard charging mode for these battery types.
