Before first use, fully charge the battery pack. Use any compatible RYOBI 18V ONE+ charger (charger sold separately). The integrated LED fuel gauge will indicate the charge status.

2.2 Attaching/Detaching to Tools

The PBP2005 battery pack is designed for quick and easy attachment and detachment from all RYOBI 18V ONE+ tools. Ensure the battery is fully seated and latched into the tool for proper operation.

Press the button on the front of the battery pack to activate the LED fuel gauge. The illuminated LEDs indicate the remaining charge level. Four lights mean full charge, while one light indicates a low charge and that recharging is recommended.

Insert the charged battery into your RYOBI 18V ONE+ tool until it clicks securely into place. Operate the tool according to its specific instruction manual. When the battery charge is low, the tool's performance may decrease, and the LED fuel gauge will show fewer lights.
