Unfolding the Bicycle
The FIIDO D3 Pro comes in a folded configuration for transport. Follow these steps to unfold and prepare your bicycle for use:
- Place the folded bicycle on a flat, stable surface.
- Release the frame latch and carefully unfold the main frame until it locks into place. Ensure the latch is securely engaged.
- Adjust the handlebar stem to the upright position and secure the quick-release lever.
- Extend the seat post to your desired riding height and tighten the quick-release clamp. Ensure the minimum insertion mark is not visible.

Aratau Whakaeke
The FIIDO D3 Pro offers three distinct riding modes:
- Aratau Hiko Parakore: Engage the throttle to ride without pedaling. This mode is supported for effortless cruising.
- Aratau Paihikara: Ride the bicycle like a traditional bike, using pedal power only. The electric system is off.
- Electric Power Assist System (PAS): This mode provides electric assistance as you pedal. The D3 Pro features a 3-gear electric assist system.
- First Gear Assist Speed: Approximately 10 km/h
- Second Gear Assist Speed: Approximately 15 km/h
- Third Gear Assist Speed: Approximately 20 km/h

The bicycle is equipped with a single-speed drivetrain (12 teeth gear) and a PROWHEEL steel 52 teeth chain plate. Shifting between electric assist gears is done via the controls on the handlebar.

The FIIDO D3 Pro features mechanical front and rear dual disc brakes for stable and quick stopping power. Apply both brakes simultaneously for optimal braking performance. Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially at high speeds or on slippery surfaces.
