This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Polibi Twin-Over-Twin House Bunk Bed with Trundle. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and retain this manual for future reference.

The Polibi Twin-Over-Twin House Bunk Bed features a house-shaped design with a pitched roof and window sections, providing a distinct aesthetic. Constructed from pinewood and MDF, this bunk bed includes slat kits for mattress support and a pull-out trundle bed for additional sleeping capacity. It is designed with safety features such as full-length guardrails and an integrated ladder.

Bunk Bed Specific Warnings:

2. Huihuia te Tāpare Papa Raro: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard of the lower bunk using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure but do not fully tighten bolts until the frame is stable.
3. Tāutahia ngā Papa Papa Raro: Place the wooden slats onto the support rails of the lower bunk. Secure them with screws as indicated in the diagram.
4. Huihuia te Tāpare Papa Runga: Repeat the process for the upper bunk frame, connecting side rails to the headboard and footboard.
5. Whakapirihia te Runga Runga ki te Raro Raro: Carefully lift the assembled upper bunk frame and align it with the designated connection points on the lower bunk posts. Secure with the appropriate bolts. Assistance is highly recommended for this step.
6. Tāutahia nga papa o runga: Place and secure the wooden slats for the upper bunk.
7. Tāpirihia te Arawhata: Securely attach the ladder to the designated side of the bunk bed using the provided hardware. Ensure it is firmly fixed and stable.
8. Tāutahia ngā parepare: Attach the full-length guardrails to the upper bunk. Verify they are properly aligned and tightly fastened.
9. Huihuia te Moenga Trundle: Assemble the trundle bed frame according to its specific instructions. This typically involves attaching wheels to the frame and then installing the trundle slats.

10. Attach Roof and Window Sections: Assemble the roof and window panels. Attach these decorative sections to the upper bunk frame as per the diagrams. It may be easier to assemble these sections on the ground and then lift them into place.
11. Whakamutunga Whakamutunga: Once all components are in place and aligned, go back and fully tighten all screws and bolts. Do not overtighten.

5. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere

The trundle bed is designed for convenient additional sleeping space. To use, gently pull the trundle unit out from under the lower bunk. The wheels allow for smooth movement. To store, push the trundle unit back under the lower bunk until it is fully recessed.

Accessing the Upper Bunk:

Always use the integrated ladder to access the upper bunk. Ensure the ladder is stable before climbing. Descend the ladder facing the bed.

6. Tiaki

• Paint odor: New furniture may have a slight odor from the paint or finish. Allow the bed to air out in a well-ventilated room for a few days.
