- Wewete: Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging. Ensure all components, including the main unit, water tank, top cover, and remote control, are present.
- Turanga: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable, and waterproof surface. Ensure it is at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls, furniture, and electronic devices. The humidifier is suitable for rooms up to 323 square feet.
- Whakakihia te Taaka Wai: Remove the top cover. Fill the water tank directly from the top opening with clean, cool tap water. Do not exceed the 'MAX' water level indicator. For best results and to minimize white dust, use distilled or demineralized water.

- Aratau Auto: Press the 'Mode' button until 'A' is displayed. The humidifier will automatically maintain a comfortable humidity level (typically 40%-60% RH).
- Aratau Ritenga: Press the 'Mode' button until '%' is displayed. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired target humidity between 40% and 80% RH. The unit will operate until the target humidity is reached, then pause, and restart when humidity drops.
- Maama po: Press the night light button (☀) to turn the soft yellow night light on or off.
- Kaituku Hinu Tino: Locate the independent aroma box on the side of the unit. Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil onto the scented pad. Do not add oils directly into the water tank.
- Tautuhinga Matama: Pēhia te pātene matawā (⏰) repeatedly to set the operating time from 1 to 12 hours. The humidifier will automatically shut off once the set time expires.
- Aratau Moe: Press the sleep mode button (🌙) to enter sleep mode. In this mode, the display lights will turn off, and the humidifier will operate at its lowest noise level for undisturbed sleep.
