Tatūnga
- Wewete ana: Kia ata tangohia nga waahanga katoa mai i te kete. Puritia te takai mo te rokiroki a muri ake nei, hei kawe ranei.
- Te horoi tuatahi: Before first use, wash the upper teapot, magnetic tea infuser, and lower water kettle with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the power base with a damp kakahu. Kaua e rukuhia te turanga hiko ki te wai.
- Turanga: Place the power base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
- Huihuia: Place the lower water kettle onto the power base. Insert the magnetic tea infuser into the upper teapot.

Brewing Turkish Tea
- Fill Water Kettle: Remove the upper teapot. Fill the lower water kettle with fresh, filtered water up to the MAX line.

- Tāpirihia ngā rau tī: Place approximately three tablespoons of loose-leaf Turkish tea into the magnetic tea infuser in the upper teapot. Ensure there is enough space for the tea leaves to expand.
- Assemble Teapot: Place the upper teapot with the tea infuser onto the lower water kettle. Secure the lid on the upper teapot.
- Power On and Select Preset: Plug the appliance into a 120V outlet. The full-color LCD screen will activate. Use the controls to select your desired brewing preset (e.g., SAKI Classic, Extra Hot, Mediterranean). The device offers to-the-degree temperature control and altitude calibration for optimal brewing.

- Tukanga Whakainu: The water kettle will heat the water to the selected temperature. Once boiling, a portion of the hot water will be transferred to the upper teapot to steep the tea. The LED brew ring will indicate the heating status.
- Taumahi Mahana: After brewing, the tea maker automatically enters a keep-warm mode. You can adjust the hold time to 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes, or turn it off completely.
- E mahi ana: To serve, pour the concentrated tea from the upper teapot into a glass, then dilute with hot water from the lower kettle's spout to your preferred strength.

Automatic Shut-Off and Boil-Dry Protection
The SAKI Turkish Tea Maker Pro is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature for safety. If the water kettle runs dry, the boil-dry protection will activate, turning off the heating element to prevent damage.

- Clean Teapot and Infuser: The upper teapot and magnetic tea infuser can be washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. These components are made of stainless steel and are designed for easy cleaning.
- Clean Water Kettle Interior: For the interior of the lower water kettle, use a soft brush or sponge with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. For mineral deposits (limescale), use a descaling solution or a mixture of water and vinegar. Follow the descaling product instructions or boil a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar, let it sit for an hour, then rinse thoroughly.
- Ma waho: Wipe the exterior of the water kettle and power base with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Never immerse the power base in water.
- Pata Taka: Remove and empty the drip tray regularly. Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry.
