  4. Taiapa Whakaeke Haumaru: Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling/wall using screws (not included). Ensure it is firmly secured.
  5. Tūhono Waea: Connect the household electrical wires to the terminal block on the light fixture. Ensure correct polarity (Live, Neutral, Earth) as indicated on the fixture. All connections must be secure.

4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere

The EGLO Marunella-S LED Ceiling Light is designed for straightforward operation.

4.1 Te Whakakā / Weto

To turn the light on or off, use a standard wall switch connected to the fixture's power supply. The light will illuminate instantly when switched on.

4.2 Step-Dimming Functionality

This fixture features an integrated step-dimming function, allowing you to adjust the brightness levels using your existing wall switch. It is not compatible with external dimmer switches. To cycle through the brightness levels:

  1. 1st Switch On: The light will illuminate at 100% brightness.
  2. 2nd Switch On (within a short interval): Turn the light off and then on again quickly. The light will switch to 55% brightness.
  3. 3rd Switch On (within a short interval): Turn the light off and then on again quickly. The light will switch to 15% brightness.
  4. Subsequent Switch On: Turning the light off and on again will cycle back to 100% brightness.
