5.3 Nga Waahi Mahi Taketake
- Tāpiri Kai: Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order specified by your recipe (typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast last).

- Tīpakohia te Rahi Roro: Press the 'WEIGHT' button to choose your desired loaf size (1.0LB, 1.5LB, or 2.0LB).
- Tīpako Tae Kirinuku: Press the 'COLOR' button to select Light, Medium, or Dark crust.
- Tautuhi Matama Whakaroa (Kōwhiringa): If you want to delay the start of the program, use the 'TIME +' and 'TIME -' buttons to set the desired delay time.
- Tīmata Papatono: Press the 'START/STOP' button once. The machine will beep, and the program will begin.
- Mutunga o te Papatono: The machine will beep several times when the program is complete. Press and hold 'START/STOP' for 3 seconds to stop the program.
- Tango taro: Carefully remove the bread pan using oven mitts. Invert the pan to release the bread onto a wire rack to cool. If the kneading paddle remains in the bread, use the provided hook to remove it.
