1. Hua Neke Atuview

The AC Infinity CO2 Regulator is designed to manage carbon dioxide output in controlled environments such as grow tents, grow rooms, and greenhouses. It features a flow meter with a pressure gauge for accurate measurement of gas flow and remaining CO2 levels. Constructed from durable brass with a solenoid valve, it ensures a proper, leak-free gas stream. This system is compatible with standard CO2 tanks featuring CGA-320 threaded inlet connections.

2. Nga ahuatanga

  • Gas release system for regulating CO2 output to optimize grow environments.
  • Carbon dioxide meter with pressure gauge for accurate monitoring of gas flow and remaining CO2 tank levels.
  • Heavy-duty brass construction with a solenoid valve pipe for secure, leak-free gas delivery.
  • Designed for secure installation on standard CO2 tanks with CGA-320 threaded inlet connections.
  • Measures pressure up to 4000 PSI and flow rate from 0.5 to 15 standard cubic feet per hour (SCF/hour).

Follow these steps to properly set up your AC Infinity CO2 Regulator:

  1. Ensure the CO2 tank valve is in the closed position before beginning installation.
  2. Locate the regulator's inlet fitting. Verify that the plastic grommet is securely attached to the center of this fitting.
  3. Attach the regulator's inlet fitting to the CO2 tank valve.
  4. Use a wrench to screw the inlet fitting onto the tank valve in a clockwise direction. Tighten securely to ensure an airtight seal between the regulator and the tank.
  5. Slowly turn the CO2 tank valve counter-clockwise to open it. The pressure gauge on the regulator will display the current tank pressure, indicating the remaining CO2 in the tank.
  6. Attach the dispensing tubing to the barbed fitting on the regulator. Position the end of the tubing at your desired CO2 release location within your grow environment.

Once the regulator is installed and the tank valve is open, follow these steps to operate the unit:

  1. Plug the CO2 regulator into a power outlet. The solenoid valve will activate, allowing CO2 to flow.
  2. Adjust the CO2 flow rate by turning the flow adjustment knob clockwise. The green ball within the flow meter will indicate the current flow rate. Adjust until the desired SCF/hour is achieved.
  3. For automated control, the CO2 regulator can be paired with an AC Infinity CO2 controller for precise environmental management. Alternatively, it can be plugged into a cycling timer to follow a specific CO2 PPM timing chart.
  4. To stop CO2 flow, unplug the regulator from the power source. The solenoid valve will close, halting gas release.

5. Tiaki

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your CO2 regulator. While specific maintenance intervals are not provided, general best practices include:

  • Periodically inspect all connections for leaks. A soapy water solution can be applied to connections; the appearance of bubbles indicates a leak.
  • Ensure the plastic grommet at the inlet fitting is in good condition and provides a tight seal. Replace if worn or damaged.
  • Kia noho ma te waeine, kia noho kore te puehu me te para.
  • Store the regulator in a clean, dry environment when not in use.

6. Te Raru

If you encounter issues with your CO2 regulator, consider the following troubleshooting steps:

  • No CO2 Flow:
    • Verify the CO2 tank valve is fully open.
    • Check the pressure gauge to ensure there is sufficient CO2 in the tank.
    • Confirm the regulator is properly plugged into a powered outlet. The solenoid valve requires power to open.
    • Inspect the inlet fitting and tubing for any blockages or microscopic debris that might obstruct gas flow.
  • Te Leakare Hau:
    • Ensure all connections, especially the inlet fitting to the tank valve, are tightened securely with a wrench.
    • Check the plastic grommet for proper seating and damage. Replace if necessary to maintain an airtight seal.
    • Apply soapy water to connections to visually identify the source of any leaks.
  • Inaccurate Flow Meter Reading:
    • Ensure the regulator is mounted vertically for accurate reading of the flow meter's green ball.
    • Verify the flow adjustment knob is correctly set and not obstructed.
