3. Tatūnga
3.1. Tohutohii Pakihi

- Hononga Whakapainga: Attach the support harness to the designated point on the brush cutter shaft. Adjust the harness for a comfortable and balanced fit, distributing the tool's weight evenly.
3.3. Pūhiko Whakauru
- Ensure the brush cutter is switched off and the safety switch is engaged.
- Insert two fully charged 18V Li-ion batteries into the dual battery slots on the tool. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Verify that the batteries are securely seated before use.
4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
4.1. Timata me te Whakamutu i te Utauta

- To start, engage the double safety switch and then press the trigger. The tool will begin operating.
- To stop, release the trigger. The cutting head will cease rotation.
4.2. Whakahaere Tere
Use the electronic speed regulator to adjust the cutting speed. Lower speeds are suitable for light trimming, while higher speeds are for denser vegetation.
4.3. Nga Tikanga Tapahi
- Nylon Line Trimming: Hold the brush cutter at a slight angle to the ground. Use a sweeping motion to cut grass and light weeds. The automatic line feed system will advance the line as needed.
- Disc Cutting: For thicker brush and small saplings, use the cutting disc. Approach the material slowly and maintain a firm grip. Avoid hitting hard objects like rocks or metal.
- Hurihuri Whakamuri: If the cutting head becomes clogged with grass or debris, activate the 2-second reverse rotation system to clear it. Refer to the tool's specific controls for this function.
4.4. Using the Support Harness
Adjust the harness so the tool is balanced and comfortable. This reduces fatigue during extended use and allows for better control.
