The eSkde strimmer requires some assembly before first use. Follow these steps carefully:

- Assemble the Shaft: Connect the two sections of the shaft if they are separate. Ensure they click securely into place.

- Mount Engine Unit: Attach the engine unit to the upper part of the shaft, ensuring all connections are firm.

- Choose Cutting Attachment:
- For Nylon Strimmer Head: Attach the nylon head (Figure 4) to the gearbox spindle. Ensure it is tightened securely.
- For Brush Cutter Blade: Attach the metal blade (Figure 3) to the gearbox spindle. Use the provided washers and nut, ensuring the blade is oriented correctly and tightened firmly. Always use the appropriate blade guard when using the metal blade.
- Attach Harness: Connect the double shoulder harness (Figure 2) to the designated attachment point on the shaft. Adjust the harness straps to ensure the unit is balanced and comfortable when worn, allowing for easy control.

Fueling and Starting
This strimmer uses a 2-stroke petrol engine. Proper fuel mixture is critical for engine longevity.

Mix unleaded petrol with high-quality 2-stroke engine oil at a ratio of 25:1 (Petrol:Oil). Use the provided mixing bottle for accurate measurement. Shake the mixture thoroughly before pouring into the fuel tank.

- Fill the fuel tank with the correct petrol/oil mixture (Figure 7). Securely close the fuel cap.

Using the Nylon Strimmer Head:
- Ideal for trimming grass, edging lawns, and light vegetation.
- Hold the strimmer with both hands, using the bull horn handles for control.
- Maintain a steady throttle. Move the cutting head in a sweeping motion, parallel to the ground.
- To advance the nylon line, tap the strimmer head gently on the ground while the engine is running at full throttle.
Using the Brush Cutter Blade:
- Suitable for cutting thick weeds, brambles, and small woody growth.
- Ensure the metal blade (Figure 3) is securely attached and the correct blade guard is in place.
- Approach the material to be cut slowly and deliberately. Avoid striking hard objects.
- Use a controlled, sweeping motion. Be aware of kickback, especially when cutting thicker material.
