Follow these steps to assemble your WORKPRO Folding Roller Stand:

1. Install the Eccentric Foot:
   Screw the eccentric foot into the designated hole at the end of each base leg. Ensure it is finger-tight but not fully secured yet, as it may need adjustment for leveling.
2. Assemble the Base Legs:
   Remove nut H from the screw G on the base leg. Insert screw G through the corresponding hole in the other base leg. Reattach nut H, holding it with your hand to prevent it from falling into the tube. Tighten securely with the provided tools.
3. Install the Steel Frame:
   Open the folded base legs. Insert the square steel frame into the top opening of the assembled base. Ensure the groove on the steel frame is facing the correct direction as shown in the diagram.
4. Install the Knob:
   Insert the height adjustment knob into the side of the base frame and through the steel frame. Tighten the knob to secure the steel frame at the desired height.
5. Install the Roller Head:
   Align the roller head with the top of the steel frame. Insert the provided screws and nuts to secure the roller head to the steel frame. Ensure all connections are tight.

The WORKPRO Folding Roller Stand is designed for ease of use and versatility:

• Te Whakarite i Te Teite: Loosen the knob on the side of the main frame. Slide the inner steel frame up or down to the desired height (adjustable from 27 inches to 43 inches). Once the desired height is reached, tighten the knob securely to lock the stand in place.
• Using Edge Guides: The roller head features highly visible edge guides on both sides. These guides help keep your workpiece centered on the roller and prevent it from shifting off during operation.
• Stabilizing on Uneven Surfaces: The eccentric foot at the base of the stand can be rotated to compensate for uneven floor surfaces, ensuring maximum stability. Adjust each foot as needed until the stand is firm and does not wobble.
• Kōpaki mō te Rokiroki: To fold the stand, loosen the height adjustment knob and lower the steel frame. Then, loosen the bolts connecting the base legs and fold them inward. This compact design allows for convenient storage.

• Height adjustment is stiff: Loosen the adjustment knob completely. Clean any debris from the inner steel frame and apply a light lubricant.
• Roller is not spinning freely: Inspect the roller for any obstructions or debris. Clean the roller and its bearings. If the issue persists, the bearings may need replacement.
