Please read this instruction manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure safe and correct operation. Keep this manual for future reference.
1.1 Prohibitions and Restrictions
- Never use in conjunction with medical electrical equipment such as:
- Implantable medical electrical devices susceptible to electromagnetic interference, such as pacemakers.

- Do not wrap the device around areas other than the shoulders or waist.

- Always consult a doctor before use if undergoing medical treatment or if any of the following apply:

- Heart disorder
- Menstruation, pregnancy, or immediately after childbirth
- Sensory impairment due to severe peripheral circulatory disorder, such as diabetes

- Anemia
- Skin sensory impairment or skin abnormalities
- Abnormal blood pressure (180 mmHg or higher)
- Acute painful conditions such as spinal fractures, sprains, or muscle tears
- Body temperature of 38°C or higher (febrile period)
- When rest is required or when feeling significantly unwell
- Any other time you feel an abnormality in your body
- If you experience any physical abnormality or discomfort during use, or if no effect is observed, immediately stop use and consult a doctor.

1.2 General Precautions for Use
- Do not use simultaneously with other therapy devices or with topical medications (including sprays).
- Do not use in humid places like bathrooms.

- Always check for damage before use. If damaged or not operating normally, immediately stop use and request repair.
- Immediately stop use in case of abnormality or malfunction. If using a USB power adapter, unplug the power plug.
- Do not spill water on the main unit or wash it with water (shoulder and waist attachments are washable).

- Do not charge, use, leave, or store in high-temperature places (near fire, direct sunlight, inside a car, etc.).
- Do not throw the main unit into fire or heat it.

- Do not use anything other than the dedicated accessories, or use with other devices.
- Do not plug/unplug the power plug or USB plug with wet hands.
- Do not allow pins, dirt, or moisture to adhere to gaps in the main unit, high-frequency checker, USB power adapter, or dedicated USB cable.
- Do not damage the USB power adapter or dedicated USB cable (e.g., scratch, process, heat, bend, twist, pull, pinch, place heavy objects on it).
- When unplugging the dedicated USB cable, do not pull the cord.
- Insert the power plug and USB plug firmly all the way to the base.
- Observe the ratings of outlets and wiring devices.
- Use with AC 100 V only (cannot be used overseas or with a transformer).
- Do not attach the main unit directly to the skin using tape.
- Do not press strongly against the body or use in a rubbing motion.
- If symptoms such as rash, redness, or itching appear due to the use of this product, stop use and consult a doctor.
- Continuous use is limited to a maximum of 12 hours.
- Do not wrap the cord around the main unit, high-frequency checker, or USB power adapter, or store it twisted.
- Always unplug the USB plug and power plug when cleaning or storing.

2. Hua Neke Atuview
The Panasonic High-Frequency Therapy Device CoriCoran Wide EW-RA550-K is a household high-frequency therapy device designed to improve stiffness in the shoulders or waist. It utilizes high-frequency pulses to promote blood circulation and alleviate muscle stiffness.

2.1 Nga waahanga matua
- Hauora-auau-Teitei: Emits high-frequency pulses to the affected area, promoting blood circulation and relieving stiffness.
- Non-Stimulating: Provides therapy without noticeable electrical stimulation, allowing for comfortable, long-duration use.
- Hoahoa Wearable: Designed to be worn discreetly under clothing, enabling continuous therapy during daily activities.
- Āpitihanga Pākihi: Specifically designed for easy application to the shoulder area.
- USB Rechargeable: Convenient charging via USB, making it easy to recharge on the go.

2.2 Comparison with Low-Frequency Therapy
Unlike low-frequency therapy devices that act on muscles with noticeable stimulation, this high-frequency device acts on blood vessels without stimulation, allowing for extended, comfortable use.

3. Tatūnga
3.1 Attaching the Device
The CoriCoran Wide EW-RA550 is designed for easy attachment to the shoulder area. The main unit is inserted into the shoulder attachment, which then wraps around your shoulders.

The shoulder attachment features 12 high-frequency devices strategically placed to target key stiffness points around the shoulders, including the trapezius, levator scapulae, and rhomboid muscles.

3.2 Te Whakataki i te Pūrere
The main unit is equipped with a laminated lithium-ion rechargeable battery and charges via a dedicated USB cable. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides about 12 hours of cordless use.

Ensure the USB plug and power plug are inserted firmly into their respective ports. Do not pull the cable when unplugging. Use only the dedicated USB cable and power adapter provided or recommended by Panasonic.
4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
Once the main unit is charged and correctly placed within the shoulder attachment, simply wear the attachment around your shoulders. The device operates without noticeable stimulation, allowing for continuous use throughout the day.

4.1 Te Roanga o te Whakamahinga
The device can be used continuously for up to 12 hours on a single charge. For optimal results and safety, continuous use should not exceed 12 hours. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use immediately.

4.2 Waist Attachment (Sold Separately)
A separate waist attachment (Model: EW-9R55W-K) is available for targeting stiffness in the waist area. This attachment is used with the same main unit.

5. Tiaki
5.1 Te horoi
The shoulder and waist attachments are washable. Before cleaning, always remove the main unit and unplug any cables. Hand wash the attachments gently with mild soap and water, then air dry completely before reattaching the main unit.

Do not wash the main unit with water. Wipe the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5.2 Rokiroki
When not in use, unplug the power plug from the outlet and the USB cable from the main unit. Store the device and its accessories in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity. Keep out of reach of infants and young children. Do not wrap the cables tightly around the device or accessories.
6. Te Raru
If you encounter any issues with your CoriCoran Wide EW-RA550, please refer to the following common problems and solutions. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
