To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Tenveo PTZ camera, follow these maintenance guidelines:

- Image Flipped: If the image is upside down, check if the camera is ceiling mounted. The built-in gravity sensor should automatically correct this. If not, check the OSD menu for image flip settings.
