The Amazon Basics Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 Docking Station is designed to expand the connectivity of your laptop, providing multiple ports for peripherals, external displays, and power delivery.

- Hononga Kaihautū: Use the supplied Thunderbolt 4 cable to connect the Thunderbolt 4 port on the front of the docking station to a Thunderbolt 4 port on your laptop. Ensure the cable is securely connected.
- Hononga Pikitia:
- Whakaatu: Connect your external monitors to the Thunderbolt 4 downstream ports on the rear of the docking station using high-quality Thunderbolt 4 or USB4 cables (not included). Ensure your laptop's Thunderbolt ports and graphics card support dual 4K@60Hz displays and that your monitors support 4K@60Hz.
- Pūrere USB: Connect USB-A devices to the USB-A 3.2 port on the front.
- Other Thunderbolt Devices: Connect additional Thunderbolt devices to the remaining Thunderbolt 4 downstream ports.
- Whakahiko: Press the power button on the rear of the docking station to turn it on. The LED indicator will illuminate.

In such cases, use your laptop's original power adapter in addition to the dock.
