- Burner Configuration:

- One 3000W Single Element Burner
- Two 1200W Burners
- One 100W Warming Center
- Hei Mahi: Place appropriate cookware on the desired burner. Turn the corresponding knob clockwise to the desired heat setting. The indicator light will illuminate when a burner is active.
- Dual Element Burner: For the dual element burner, the knob allows selection between the inner (smaller) element and both inner and outer (larger) elements.
- Warming Center: Use the warming center to keep cooked food warm at a low temperature. It is not intended for cooking.
- Tohu Mata wera: A "Hot Surface" indicator light will remain on until the cooktop surface has cooled to a safe temperature.

The 6.3 cu. ft. oven offers multiple cooking functions, including convection and air fry.

- Umu Whata: The oven comes with two adjustable racks. Position them before preheating for optimal cooking results.
- Whakawera mua: Select the desired oven function (e.g., Bake) and temperature using the touch controls. The oven will begin to preheat, and the display will show the current temperature. An audible signal will indicate when the set temperature is reached.
- Tunu/Tahu: Standard cooking functions for various dishes.
- Umu Convection: The convection fan circulates hot air evenly throughout the oven cavity, reducing cooking time and ensuring consistent results. Use for baking multiple items or roasting large cuts of meat.
- Taumahi Parairangi: This specialized function uses intense circulating hot air to cook foods with a crispy exterior, similar to deep-frying, but with less oil. Follow recipe guidelines for air frying.
4. Timer and Clock Functions
The digital display allows you to set the clock and use the kitchen timer or oven timer for precise cooking control.
