To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the digital display. To power off, press and hold the power button again.
Pedal-Assist Modes (PAS):
The ENGWE L20 2.0 features 5 pedal-assisted modes. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the display to cycle through the assistance levels. Higher levels provide more motor assistance.
Mahi Katere:
The bike is equipped with a throttle for propulsion without pedaling. Gently twist the throttle grip to engage the motor. Release the throttle to disengage. Always be mindful of your surroundings when using the throttle.
Te Whakawhiti Taputapu:
The 7-speed gear system allows you to adjust your pedaling effort to different terrains. Use the thumb shifter on the handlebar to change gears. Shift to lower gears for climbing hills and higher gears for flat terrain and speed.
Pūnaha Piripiri:
The ENGWE L20 2.0 is equipped with 180mm dual disc brakes for reliable stopping power. Apply both brake levers simultaneously for effective and controlled braking. Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially at high speeds.
Tikanga Kopa:
The step-thru frame allows for easy folding for storage and transport. Follow the specific folding instructions provided in the detailed manual or quick start guide. Ensure all latches are securely fastened when unfolded for riding.
