2. Hua Neke Atuview

2.1 Nga waahanga matua

  • 3-in-1 HEPA Filtration: Effectively captures 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke, and odors.
  • Rapid Air Circulation: Features a 3-speed fan and 360-degree air intake, refreshing air up to 5 times per hour in rooms up to 250 sq ft, and steadily purifying spaces up to 1100 sq ft.
  • Mahi Ataahua: Operates at a low noise level, with a dedicated Sleep Mode reducing sound to 22dB.
  • Matawā Whakauru: Programmable timer for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours of continuous operation.
  • Mahi Maama Po: Provides a soft ambient light.
  • Aromatherapy Box: Allows for the addition of essential oils to diffuse scents into the purified air.
  • Maukati Haumaru: Prevents unintended changes to settings, ideal for households with children or pets.

2.2 Pūnaha Whakatikatika

The AP005C utilizes a multi-stage filtration system to ensure comprehensive air purification:

  1. Tātari-mua: Captures larger particles such as dust, lint, and pet hair.
  2. Tātari HEPA pai: Traps fine particles like pollen, dust mites, and pet dander.

3. Tatūnga

3.1 Te Wetewete

Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging. Ensure all packing materials are removed from the unit and its components.

3.2 Tāuta Tātari

The filter comes pre-installed but is sealed in plastic packaging. This packaging must be removed before first use.

  1. Momotu Mana: Ensure the air purifier is unplugged from the power outlet.
  2. Wāhanga Tātari Uru: Flip the machine over and twist the bottom cover counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
  3. Tango Packaging: Tangohia te tātari ka tango i tana kete kirihou.
  4. Tāuta Anō Tātari: Place the unwrapped filter back into the air purifier, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  5. Uhi Haumaru: Replace the bottom cover and twist clockwise to lock it into place.

3.3 Whakanoho

Place the air purifier on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 15 inches of clear space around the unit for optimal air intake and circulation.

4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere

After proper setup, plug the air purifier into a standard electrical outlet. The control panel is located on the top of the unit.

4.1 Hiko / Whakaweto

  • Pehia te Pātene Hiko (tohu: porowhita me te raina poutū) hei whakakā, whakaweto rānei i te kōwae.

  • Pehia te Pātene Tere Kiriata (tohu: matatahi tahi) repeatedly to cycle through three fan speed settings: Low, Medium, and High.

4.3 Aratau Moe

  • Pehia te Pātene Aratau Moe (symbol: crescent moon) to activate Sleep Mode. In this mode, the fan operates at its lowest speed (22dB), and all indicator lights are dimmed or turned off for minimal disturbance. Press again to exit Sleep Mode.

4.4 Mahi Matama

  • Pehia te Pātene Matawā (tohu: karaka) repeatedly to set the desired operating duration: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours. The unit will automatically turn off once the set time expires.

4.5 Mana Mārama Pō

  • Pehia te Patene Maama (symbol: light bulb) to turn the night light on or off.

4.6 Mahi Aromatherapy

  • Locate the aroma box on the side of the unit. Open the box and add a few drops of your preferred essential oil onto the aroma pad. Close the box. The purified air will then carry the scent.

4.7 Maukati Haumaru (Maukati Tamariki)

  • To activate the Safety Lock, press and hold the Patene Maukati (tohu: padlock) for 3 seconds. This will disable all other control panel functions.

5. Tiaki

5.1 Tātari Whakakapinga

For optimal performance, the 3-in-1 HEPA filter should be replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage and air quality. Only use genuine Cegsin replacement filters.

  1. Momotu Mana: Wewetehia te para rangi mai i te putanga hiko.
  2. Tātari Uru: Flip the machine over and twist the bottom cover counter-clockwise to remove it.
  3. Tango Tātari Tawhito: Carefully lift out the used filter. Dispose of it properly.
  4. Tāuta Tātari Hōu: Remove the plastic packaging from the new filter. Place the new filter into the unit, ensuring it fits securely.
  5. Uhi Haumaru: Whakahokia anō te taupoki o raro ka huri ki te taha matau hei raka.
