3. Operating the LAUNCH X431 PRO3 APEX

The X431 PRO3 APEX offers a comprehensive suite of diagnostic and service functions. Below are key operational aspects:

3.1 Ngā Tātaritanga Pūnaha Katoa

The tool provides dealer-level diagnostics for all available vehicle systems. This includes reading and clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), viewing live data streams, and performing active tests. The Auto VIN feature automatically identifies the vehicle, streamlining the diagnostic process.

3.3 ECU Coding & Bidirectional Control

The X431 PRO3 APEX supports both online and offline ECU coding, enabling users to flash hidden functions, reset adaptive data, replace new modules, and customize OE-settings. Bidirectional control allows for active testing of components like windows, doors, wipers, lights, and mirrors, aiding in rapid problem isolation.
