These headphones are compatible with specific batches of the Avantree Ensemble TV set (T24B1 or T24D2 and later). They offer extended playtime, a comfortable fit, and ensure no lip-sync delays when used with the Ensemble transmitter.

Hiranga: The Avantree Ensemble TV set transmitter and charging dock are NOT included with these add-on headphones. These headphones are designed to pair with an existing Avantree Ensemble transmitter.

2.2. Tirohanga Hototahi

The AS50Q headphones are compatible with Avantree Ensemble TV watching sets of batches T24B1 or T24D2 and later. To ensure compatibility, locate the "Lot No." on the bottom of your Ensemble transmitter.

2.3. Whakataki Tuatahi

Before first use, fully charge your AS50Q headphones. Connect the provided Type C Charging Cable to the charging port on the headphones and to a USB power source. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

2.4. Pairing with Avantree Ensemble Transmitter

These headphones are designed to automatically pair with your existing Avantree Ensemble transmitter. Ensure your Ensemble transmitter is powered on and in pairing mode (refer to your Ensemble transmitter's manual for specific instructions). Power on the AS50Q headphones. They should automatically connect to the transmitter. If pairing does not occur automatically, consult the troubleshooting section or your Ensemble transmitter's manual for manual pairing instructions.

• Hei Whakahiko: Press and hold the Power button on the headphones until the LED indicator lights up.
• Hei Whakaweto: Press and hold the Power button again until the LED indicator turns off.

3.2. Mana Rōrahi

Adjust the volume directly on the AS50Q headphones using the dedicated volume buttons. You can also adjust the volume on your Avantree Ensemble transmitter or your TV, depending on your setup.

3.5. No Lip-Sync Delays

When connected to the Avantree Ensemble transmitter, these headphones deliver audio with ultra-low latency (less than 40ms), ensuring that what you see on screen is perfectly synchronized with what you hear.

• Taki Takitahi: Ensure the AS50Q headphones are successfully paired with your Avantree Ensemble transmitter. Refer to your Ensemble manual for pairing instructions.
• Taumata Rōrahi: Verify that the volume on both the headphones and your TV/Ensemble transmitter is turned up.
• Awhe: Ensure the headphones are within the 100ft / 30m operating range of the Ensemble transmitter. Obstacles can reduce range.
• Taumata Pūhiko: Charge the headphones fully. Low battery can affect performance.

5.2. Lip-Sync Delay Issues

• Ensemble Connection: Ensure the headphones are connected to the Avantree Ensemble transmitter, as this system is designed for ultra-low latency.
• Pūrere Pūtake: Some older TVs or audio sources might introduce delays. Check your TV's audio settings for any delay compensation options.

5.3. Headphones Not Charging
