- Wewete ana: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or disposal.

- Kōwhiringa Āpitihanga: Choose either the beaters for whisking and mixing lighter batters, or the dough hooks for kneading heavier doughs.
- Tīmatahia te Whakaranu: With the attachments securely in place and the mixer plugged in, lower the attachments into the ingredients. Select the desired speed using the speed control switch. The mixer offers 5 speed settings.
